Client Appreciation Event

Attendees: 240

Location: Seattle, WA

In association with the International Trademark Association (INTA) conference held in Seattle, Delegate sought to create a memorable event that would be a unique experience for their international base of clients. As a company based in Belgium with a global presence, Delegate needed local expertise to coordinate their plans and bring this vision to fruition.

They engaged Spark Events to craft an exceptional experience. The highlight was a scenic float plane tour over Seattle, taking off from Kenmore Air's hangar on the northern shores of Lake Washington. This venue also served as a charming spot for networking and refreshments before and after the flights.

Spark Events meticulously managed all logistical aspects, including transportation from downtown Seattle hotels and the convention center to the venue and aircraft boarding procedures. This transportation needed to occur throughout the day to accommodate the attendees' schedules as well as the limited capacity of the venue. Additionally, the team took charge of the event's creative elements, including designing the event space, selecting decor, arranging furniture rentals, working with the caterer on all aspects of the menu, organizing social activities, and hiring a professional photographer to capture memorable moments.

Annual Winter Celebration

Attendees: 500

Location: Seattle, WA

The brief for Spark Events was ambitious and fun: transform a nondescript black box room into an electrifying journey back to the iconic Disco Fever era of Studio 54 for an unforgettable annual winter party. To meet this challenge, Spark Events chose the underutilized space within the Pacific Science Center, envisioning it as the perfect canvas for a night of nostalgia mixed with modern flair. The team focused on creating an immersive environment that would transport guests directly into the heart of disco. Key to this transformation was the installation of vibrant lighting, numerous mirror balls, and a dance floor wrapped in holographic confetti film, ensuring every angle sparkled with disco glam.

Collaborating with industry experts, Spark Events was able to innovate while staying true to the disco theme, delivering a fresh and cohesive experience. The pièce de résistance involved suspending 54 mirror balls above a 24'x24' dance floor, creating a dazzling effect that captivated all who entered. Additionally, the inclusion of a groovy yet chill Lo-Fi Lounge provided a sensory juxtaposition, offering guests a relaxed space to unwind amidst the high-energy disco festivities.
